Full and Complete Hearing Aid Services are Provided by Our Nationwide Network of Participating Hearing Aid Offices

With every hearing aid you will receive the most comprehensive service package and hearing aid warranty that our industry has to offer.

Through Ahearingaid.com's System You Will Receive:

A Hearing Evaluation to determine if you are a candidate for a hearing aid
If you are a candidate for a hearing aid the participating office in your area will recommend the proper hearing aid for your hearing loss based on thier experience and your needs
Our participating locations will program and adjust your hearing aids for a period of three-years at no additional charge
Our participating locations will provide lifetime "normal" hearing aid cleanings as needed
Our participating locations will provide an annual hearing screening

We provides you with a manufacturer's two-year or three-year hearing aid repair warranty
If you lose your hearing aid under the manufacturer loss policy you may have it replaced one time only for $400. The $400 provides you with a brand new hearing aid (the same exact model that you lost), and the programming by a local provider. It does not cover the cost for ear molds. An Ear Mold will be an additional $85 each if needed.
During the trial period we will supply you with one spin pack of batteries per hearing aid. If at the end of the trial period you decide to keep the hearing aid we provide you with one carton of long lasting zinc air hearing aid batteries for each hearing aid purchased. We will continue to supply you with batteries for a three year period. When your supply get s low just give us a call or send us an email and we will send your next supply of hearing aid batteries.
Our participating providers are contracted to provide 3-years of services for our referrals.

6. A 60-day trial period

Trial period starts when you are fit with the hearing aid by the provider
Trial periods may be extended if you need more time to evaluate the hearing aid
Restocking fee is $75 per hearing aid
Most of our providers do not charge a fee when you return a hearing aid for refund. Some do charge a small fee for their services. Ask them about their hearing aid return policy.
