If a hearing aid manufacturers’ standard warranty is a 1-year repair warranty on their product, as is the case with most hearing aids and the person selling the hearing aid adds an additional 2-years of factory hearing aid repair warranty, the increased value to you is the 2nd and 3rd year of ownership at a savings of $300 per hearing aid, per year. On the purchase of two hearing aids that include a 3-year factory repair warranty, the value and savings will be over $1200.

Loss and Damage Replacement Policy: We will provide you with a manufacturer L&D replacement warranty with the purchase of any hearing aid through Ahearingaid.com. The period of L&D covereage differes from manufacturer to manufacturer and by model. Most hearing aid manufacturers give a 1-year L&D warranty. The value of L&D is first and foremost peace of mind, knowing that if your hearing aid is damaged or lost during the L&D warranty period your hearing aid will be repaired or replaced. The replacement fee is $400 per hearing aid. Each hearing aid may be replaced only 1-time during the L&D warranty period. In other words the L&D warranty is a 1-time L&D replacement policy. The dollar value of replacing the each hearing aid is the total cost that you paid originaly for that hearing aid less $400. I think it is very safe to say that the value here is at least $1200 per hearing aid and the longer the coverage the better the value.

Hearing Aid Batteries: Each year that you receive hearing aid batteries, without having to pay for them, saves you approx. $120 per hearing aid, per year, based on retail store prices.
